Since 1976, our firm has been providing quality, personalized financial guidance to local individuals and businesses. Our expertise ranges from basic tax management and accounting services to more in-depth services such as audits, financial statements, and financial planning.

Our Team

Ivan T. Jones, CPA
Ivan has been a practicing CPA since 1975 and has been licensed in both Oregon and California. Before starting the firm in 1980, he spent 5+ years with one of the largest international CPA firms working in their "Small Business" department, dealing with all aspects of helping individual, estates and small and growing business' maneuver through the maze of accounting and tax requirements, as each travel down the road to financial independence. When not working, Ivan enjoys backpacking (now getting into "ultra-light" backpacking) and being in the outdoors with his beautiful wife, spending time with his 14 grandchildren, or volunteering with the Boy Scouts.

Patricia J, Miller, CPA
Patricia has been working for Ivan T. Jones since 1980. She started as a bookkeeper and through experience with the firm, earned her Certified Public Accountant's license in 1996. One of her areas of expertise is working with Estates and Trusts. Outside of the office, she enjoys time with her husband and is involved with the Executive Women's Golf Association and bowling.

Gary E. Ham, Jr., CPA
Gary is a Certified Public Accountant who earned his Bachelors and his Master's in accounting at Brigham Young University. Before joining the practice, Gary spent several years working for Grant Thornton LLP where he gained valuable training and experience. In his free time, Gary enjoys biking and spending time with this wife and three children.

Christina Cook
Christina has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Phoenix. She has had 9 years of bookkeeping experience, and 6 years of QuickBooks experience. She is a 2003 and 2004 certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor, and enjoys working with the program, as well as teaching others how to use it. In her spare time, she enjoys volunteering with children's classes at her church, reading, or doing needlework.

Brent Richman
Brent is a retired CPA working part time after spending five years in public accounting at PriceWaterhouse & Company and twenty-six years in not-for-profit (Lewis & Clark College) and insurance. He enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife of 36 years and their seven children and thirteen grandchildren.

Susan Knudsen
Susan has an Associates Degree in Computer Programming from Ricks College with a minor in Accounting. She is a 2003 Quickbooks Pro Advisor and has had experience working in the secretarial, bookkeeping and payroll fields for the last 9 years attending classes administered by Oregon's Bureau of Labor and Industries. In her free time, she enjoys going to the beach, playing the piano, raising five children and spending time with them and their activities.

Ronnie Howard
Ronnie's experience working in the secretarial, bookkeeping and office support field spans several decades. She had ten years of professional experience working for a Northern California CPA firm and has enjoyed working with all the clients of Ivan T. Jones, CPA. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, spending time with her husband, children and grandchildren.
